How it all began...

Hi!
I'm Rina and I was born and raised in Rochester, NY. With so much extra time due to the 2020 COVID shutdown, I decided it was finally time to get a hobby - candle making!
What started as a hobby to keep calm during quarantine has blossomed into a desire to share that sense of calm and relaxation with the community (something I think we could all use a little more of). After finding so much joy with this new hobby, I realized, there's no time like the present to start a business.
So, Blue Cedar Candles was born.
I hand pour all of our natural soy candles and melts right here in Rochester, NY. There is a great variety of scents and I'm always testing new ideas to share with you!
